Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Biological sciences is required.
• 2+ years in a clinical laboratory setting with microbiology/molecular biology focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide product applications, training, troubleshooting, and consultation.
• Manage complaint handling and escalate when needed across departments.
• Provide 24/7 on-call technical support to customers.
