Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a customer service environment or HR/HRIS with systems experience.
• Willingness to work overtime during peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline client support, resolving issues and answering questions.
• Train clients and users on ADP technology and processes.
• Coordinate with multiple teams to deliver a seamless client experience.
