24 Hour Home Care - Caregiver Division in El Segundo, CA is seeking a Client Operations Coordinator to support authorizations, service hours, billing, and case resolution across the client lifecycle, ensuring accuracy and uninterrupted service.

This hybrid role requires a high school diploma, 1+ year admin/operational experience, and proficiency with Excel and Outlook. Candidates with healthcare operations or CRM exposure are preferred, with in-office presence three days per week.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, billing, customer service, or coordination role.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in home care, healthcare operations, or a CRM system such as Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process and maintain client authorizations, verifying service type, units, date ranges, funding sources, and rates; identify discrepancies and support urgent authorization requests and audits.
• Process submitted hours and timesheets, validate alignment with authorized services, and resolve short pays, missing entries, and other processing discrepancies.
• Support pre-billing accuracy checks, billing closeout, reconciliation, reauthorization tracking, and funds recovery activities to help prevent service and payment disruptions.
• Manage assigned client cases and escalations through resolution, communicating with clients and caregivers and partnering with internal teams to address authorization, service, and billing concerns.
• Maintain accurate documentation, meet turnaround and compliance requirements, and collaborate with Branch Operations, Revenue Cycle Management, Payroll, Finance, and other partners to resolve issues and improve processes.
