WTW is seeking an Associate Client Advocate to manage client relationships and drive retention across Commercial Property and Casualty accounts. The ACA collaborates with the Global Service Delivery team to coordinate services, strategy, and client-facing deliverables.

Qualifications

• Targeted 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience in a client-facing role.
• Ability to apply coverage form knowledge for program design and risk assessment.
• Strong negotiation, project management, and relationship management capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; ability to present to clients.
• Mentoring and collaboration with Client Specialists.

Responsibilities

• Retains and strengthens client relationships and renewals.
• Coordinates delivery of internal resources to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Advises on strategic planning and renewal strategy with clients and teams.
• Supports defense of RFPs and client presentations/proposals.
• Manages client invoicing processes and escalation handling.
