WTW is seeking an Associate Client Advocate (ACA) to coordinate client delivery and enhance retention for Commercial Property & Casualty programs. You will act as the primary client contact, working with Client Specialists, and guiding strategy, proposals, and defense responses to complex RFPs.

The role emphasizes strong client engagement, cross‑function collaboration, and mentoring junior colleagues while ensuring compliance and optimal service delivery across the client base.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial Property & Casualty insurance in a client-facing role.
• Ability to analyze coverage forms, identify gaps and advise on program design.
• Understanding of renewal end-to-end process and owner responsibilities.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-management capabilities to secure concessions.
• Excellent verbal/written communication; capable of presenting to groups.

Responsabilités

• Retain and grow the existing book of business through strong client relationships.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver exceptional client experience.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting on insurance and risk management with cross-functional teams.
• Lead renewal strategies and assist in new business opportunities.
• Support client invoicing, RFP responses, and client advocacy reports.
