Job summary

WTW in Arlington, VA seeks an Associate Client Advocate to retain and grow a commercial Property & Casualty client base. You will lead client engagement, coordinate with a Client Specialist, deliver strategic recommendations, and support renewal and pricing discussions to maximize value.

You will work closely with sales, broking, and internal teams to design client presentations and advocate for client needs throughout the policy term.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty client-facing experience.
• Ability to analyze coverage forms and advise on program design.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Proven project management and mentoring capabilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication; adaptability to change.

Responsibilities

• Retain and deepen existing client relationships and book of business.
• Coordinate internal resources to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Provide strategic planning and consulting on insurance and risk needs.
• Support renewal strategies and client presentations/proposals.
• Collaborate with sales, broking, and Client Specialists on escalations.
• Oversee service delivery and client invoicing processes.
