Job summary

WTW is seeking an Associate Client Advocate (ACA) to manage client relationships, deliver strategic guidance, and coordinate across client teams to ensure exceptional service and retention. The role emphasizes engagement with clients, brokers, and internal resources to drive profitability and client satisfaction.

Base salary ranges from $90,000 to $120,000 USD per year, with eligibility for an annual incentive. The position supports hybrid work arrangements and benefits typical of the industry.

Qualifications

• Targeted 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge in a client-facing role.
• Ability to analyze programs, coverage forms and identify gaps.
• Strong presentation, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Experience coordinating with internal teams to deliver client outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Retains existing book of business and strengthens client relationships.
• Coordinates delivery of WTW internal resources to provide exceptional client experiences.
• Provides strategic planning and consulting to clients in collaboration with teams.
• Supports renewal strategy development and renewal execution with clients.
