WTW in the United States is seeking an Associate Client Advocate (ACA) to own client service activities and engagement within the Global Service Delivery team. You will partner with Client Specialists, Sales, and brokers to deliver exceptional service, respond to RFPs, present proposals, and support renewal strategies across insured programs.

Qualificações

• Targeted 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience in a client-facing role.
• Knowledge of coverage forms, program design, and ongoing coverage consultation.
• Negotiation and relationship-management capabilities; ability to present analytical results.
• Active insurance broker’s P&C license and ongoing CE activities.

Responsabilidades

• Retains existing book of business and strengthens client relationships.
• Coordinates delivery of internal resources to ensure an exceptional client experience.
• Provides strategic planning and consulting to clients; monitors needs with WTW resources.
• Supports renewal strategy, fee/compensation, and client invoicing processes.
• Leads client presentations, responses to RFPs, and defense of proposals.
• Manages service delivery escalations and collaborates with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensures policy requirements, regulatory compliance, and risk management alignment.
