Job summary

Willis Towers Watson is seeking an Associate Client Advocate (ACA) to own client service activities and engagement within our Global Service Delivery (GSD) team. You will coordinate with Client Specialists to deliver exceptional client experiences and support retention and growth across assigned accounts.

The ACA will collaborate with sales and broking to monitor marketplace changes, design client presentations, respond to defensive RFPs, and participate in oral presentations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge in a client-facing role or demonstrated capabilities to fulfill responsibilities
• Ability to analyze coverage forms, assess program design and identify coverage gaps
• Capacity to interpret and present analytical models
• Relationship management to leverage internal/external resources for client needs
• Negotiation skills to drive conflict resolution without harming relationships
• Strong business acumen and knowledge of market strategies for clients

Responsibilities

• Retains and strengthens existing client relationships and book of business
• Coordinates delivery of all internal resources to deliver an exceptional client experience
• Provides strategic planning and consulting advice on insurance and risk management needs
• Supports renewal strategy development and client no-gap delivery
• Engages with sales and broking to understand marketplace changes
• Supports RFP responses and client invoicing processes
