WTW is seeking an Associate Client Advocate to strengthen client relationships and deliver exceptional service. The role collaborates with sales, broking, and internal teams to tailor solutions and support renewal strategies.

You will engage with clients, prepare presentations, respond to RFPs, and mentor a Client Specialist as needed. The hybrid role emphasizes client-facing excellence and revenue retention.

Qualifications

• Targeted 5+ years of commercial Property & Casualty insurance knowledge/experience in a client-facing role.
• Able to apply knowledge of coverage forms in analysis of program design and coverage gaps.
• Ability to interpret, analyze, and present analytical models.

Responsabilités

• Retains existing book of business and strengthens client relationships.
• Identifies and coordinates delivery of WTW resources to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Provides strategic planning and consulting to clients with collaboration across teams.
