Job summary

WTW is seeking an Associate Client Advocate to manage and deepen client relationships within the Global Service Delivery framework. You will coordinate internal resources, support strategic planning, and help deliver exceptional client experiences across insurance programs.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, negotiation, and project management skills, with ability to mentor junior colleagues and respond to complex client needs in a collaborating environment.

• Retains and grows client relationships across book of business.
• Coordinates delivery of WTW internal resources to ensure exceptional client experience.
• Provides strategic planning and consulting on insurance and risk needs with practice groups.
• Supports renewal strategy, invoicing processes, and policy compliance.
• Assists with defensive RFPs and client presentations/proposals.
• Leads delivery areas and mentors Client Specialists where appropriate.
