Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent requirement.
• Three years of experience in processing, customer service or business administration.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills; ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for outgoing checks.
• Investigate stop pay requests for accuracy.
• Allocate funds to correct coverage in the claim system.
• Balance and reconcile claim deposits and perform positive pay research.
• Review checks and redeposits to avoid esheatment.
