Intact Insurance U.S. in Canton, MA is seeking a Claim Assistant to join our Specialty Claims Operations team on a hybrid schedule. You will provide general administrative support, customer service, and phone coverage for the Claims department, including data entry, file setup, and processing payments.

The role requires a high school diploma, comfort with MS Office, and 0–3 years of experience. Canton hours are 8:30AM–5PM ET; Denver hours 9:30AM–6PM MT.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort navigating multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Completes data entry and initial file setup for new claims.
• Prepares and processes claim and expense payments.
