Qualifications

• Two years of administrative experience requested.
• Continuous learning required per company policy; certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred.
• Other insurance-related coursework and experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Supports customer service for Claims and Operations teams including check printing and deposits.
• Answers general claim inquiries and verifies claim status.
• Coordinates with team members to ensure timely handling of claims.
• Assists in account management for the team's book of business.
• Computes payments for medical bills for non-indemnity and simple indemnity claims; aligns with state workers’ compensation provisions.
