Job summary

AAA-The Auto Club Group in Fremont, Michigan is seeking a Claims Support Assistant I to ensure accurate, timely claim outcomes. You’ll handle complex payment and reconciliation processes and serve as a resource for teammates in a hybrid in-office/remote setting.

The role emphasizes analytical thinking, attention to detail, and collaboration across teams to maintain financial integrity and customer satisfaction. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM EST in-office days apply.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in processing, customer service or business administration.
• A valid driver's license required if in-person inspections or meetings are involved.
• Experience with PC software and data entry; ability to organize and report data.

Responsibilities

• Process paperwork for outgoing checks.
• Investigate stop pay requests for accuracy.
• Allocate funds to the correct coverage in the claim system.
• Review checks and resolve issues before releasing funds.
• Balance and reconcile all claim deposits.
