Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst to support the health, efficiency, and continuous improvement of our customer experience systems and business operations. You will act as a liaison between business units and technical teams, contributing to system health, data reporting, and process optimization.

In this hybrid role, you will monitor system health, develop BI dashboards, assist with testing and vendor issues, and collaborate across teams on enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in business systems, data analysis, or operational support.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SAP systems and customer service technologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead system health monitoring and proactive trend analysis.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting tools.
• Assist with system testing, vendor escalations, and cross-functional problem solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business challenges and improve system usability.
• Manage tasks and projects with limited supervision and prioritize competing responsibilities.
