Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst II to support health and continuous improvement of customer experience systems and business operations. You will liaise between business units and IT, monitor system health, develop dashboards, and lead project efforts.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, strong data skills, and knowledge of SAP/S-4HANA. This is a hybrid position with periodic travel in the service area.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–4 years of relevant experience in business systems, data analysis, or operational support.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
• Working knowledge of SAP systems and data reporting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support system health, vendor relationships, data reporting, and process optimization.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reporting tools to track key metrics.
• Lead portions of system reviews and mentor entry-level analysts.
