Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst II to optimize customer experience systems and business operations in a hybrid role. You will liaise between business units and IT, monitor system health, develop dashboards, and support vendor relationships.

The role requires 2–4 years of relevant experience, proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and SAP systems, and a Bachelor's degree. Travel may be required to service area locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 2-4 years of relevant experience in business systems, data analysis, or operational support.
• Proficiency with Excel, Power BI, Tableau and SAP-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Maintain system health monitoring and proactive issue identification.
• Develop and maintain BI dashboards and reports for key metrics.
• Assist with testing, vendor escalations, and cross-functional problem solving.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve business challenges and improve usability.
• Lead portions of system reviews and mentor entry-level analysts.
