Job summary

Chesapeake Utilities Corporation is seeking a Business Solutions Analyst II to enhance customer experience systems and business operations. The role bridges business units with technical teams, focusing on system health, data reporting, and process optimization.

You will develop BI dashboards, support testing and vendor management, and contribute to enterprise projects. Hybrid work with some travel is expected; a bachelor's degree and 2–4 years of related experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of relevant experience in business systems, data analysis, or operational support.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Finance, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Working knowledge of SAP systems and enterprise software.

Responsibilities

• Works independently on moderately complex issues and supports business process improvements.
• Leads system health monitoring efforts, identifying trends and corrective actions.
• Develops and maintains business intelligence dashboards and reporting tools.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to resolve business challenges and improve system usability.
• Participates in project support, research, documentation, and administrative tasks.
• On-Call Supervisor rotation (minimum two shifts annually).
