Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. is looking for a Billing Analyst to support invoicing and financial administration for engineering projects on a hybrid schedule in MA offices (Boston, Springfield, Watertown, or Worcester).

The role involves preparing invoices, managing billing cycles, supporting project setup and budgeting, and maintaining financial records. Strong attention to detail and communication are essential; ERP systems experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or higher in finance or accounting.
• 0–4 years of billing/accounts receivable experience required.
• Experience with ERP/accounting systems; Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint preferred.

Responsabilités

• Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with contracts and deadlines.
• Manage recurring billing cycles, invoice revisions, credits/re-bills, and corrections.
• Support project setup and budgeting by reviewing contracts and billing methods.
• Maintain accurate project financial records and billing documentation.
• Coordinate accounts payable with subconsultants and vendors; reconcile invoices.
