Job summary

VHB seeks a dynamic Billing Analyst to join our New England Regional Finance team. This hybrid role is ideally based in a MA office (Boston, Springfield, Watertown, or Worcester) with potential from other New England offices.

You will ensure accurate invoicing and strong project financial performance. Responsibilities include preparing invoices, managing cycles, reviewing contracts, and maintaining records.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in accounting/finance or related field.
• Experience with billing, AR, or project accounting is preferred.
• Proficiency with Excel and basic data analysis is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process client invoices per contract and deadlines.
• Manage recurring billing cycles and handle revisions, credits, and corrections.
• Support project setup by reviewing contract terms and budgeting requirements.
• Maintain project financial records and billing documentation.
