Job summary

Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. is seeking a Billing Analyst to support invoicing and project financials from its New England Finance team. This hybrid role is based in MA with offices in Boston, Worcester, Watertown, or Springfield.

You will prepare client invoices, manage recurring cycles, and assist with project setup, budgeting, and reconciliations, leveraging ERP systems like Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint. 0–4 years of experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have some billing, accounts receivable, or related finance operations experience.
• Experience in a professional services or project-based environment is preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting systems strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, review, and process client invoices in accordance with contracts and deadlines.
• Manage recurring billing cycles including revisions and corrections.
• Support project setup and budgeting by reviewing contract compensation and billing methods.
• Maintain accurate project financial records and billing documentation.
