Vanasse Hangen Brustlin Inc. (VHB) is seeking a Billing Analyst to join the New England Regional Finance team. The role involves preparing and processing client invoices, managing billing cycles, and supporting project setup and budgeting for engineering projects.

The position is hybrid, ideally based in one of MA offices (Boston, Springfield, Watertown, Worcester). Office-based candidates in MA are preferred, with flexibility for other New England locations.

Qualifications

• Must have analytical skills and accuracy in billing/receivables.
• Experience in a professional services or project-based environment preferred.
• ERP or accounting system experience required; familiarity with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint preferred.
