Job summary

TaxBit seeks a BDR Manager to lead and scale our BDR team, driving outbound pipeline and coaching reps toward Account Executive roles. You will partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership to create a predictable, high-quality pipeline and implement repeatable prospecting systems using HubSpot and Unify.

Qualifications

5+ years in sales or business development, preferably in enterprise SaaS.
Proven track record promoting BDRs into Account Executives.
Experience using AI tools to improve sales efficiency.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of BDRs with clear goals, activity targets, and pipeline expectations.
Hire, onboard, and ramp new BDRs with a scalable onboarding program.
Own training and enablement for the BDR team, including messaging and discovery/demos.
Partner with Account Executives and Sales leadership on account prioritization and handoffs.
Design, document, and optimize repeatable prospecting systems in HubSpot and Unify.
