Qualifications

• Experience leading BDR teams and coaching performance.

• Track record of improving outbound effectiveness and pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach Crafty's BDR team to hit pipeline and SQO targets.
• Develop and implement onboarding, coaching, and performance plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and RevOps to optimize outbound.
• Provide regular reporting to Revenue leadership and stakeholders.
• Partner with Director of Sales and People Ops on hiring and retention.
