Crafty seeks a Manager, Business Development to oversee our BDR team, drive national pipeline generation, and partner with Sales, Marketing, and RevOps to optimize outbound strategies.

You will recruit, onboard, train, and coach 6+ reps, leveraging data analytics to improve performance and reporting. The role demands strong leadership, adaptability, and collaboration in a fast-paced environment.
