Job summary

Taxbit is seeking a Business Development Manager to build and scale a high-performing BDR team, shaping outbound pipeline across global markets. You will coach, hire, and develop BDRs, partner with Account Executives, and implement repeatable processes in HubSpot and Unify to drive efficiency.

You will leverage AI tools to improve research, sequencing, and reporting, while guiding reps toward promotions into Account Executive roles in a fast-growing fintech and crypto-enabled environment.

Qualifications

4+ years in enterprise B2B SaaS sales or business development.
Experience leading or managing a BDR/SDR team.
Strong track record of building pipeline and coaching BDRs to meet targets.
Experience coaching reps on discovery calls and demos and promoting BDRs to Account Executives.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and manage a team of BDRs with clear goals and pipeline targets.
Hire, onboard, and ramp new BDRs with scalable onboarding.
Own training and enablement for BDRs including messaging and research.
Mentor BDRs in discovery calls and demos to prepare for AE roles.
Build career paths and development plans for high performers.
Collaborate with Account Executives and Sales leadership on prioritization and handoffs.
