Meltwater is hiring a Business Development professional in a hybrid role based in the United States, Florida, Miami. You will lead proactive outbound prospecting, qualify opportunities, and coordinate with the global BDR team to drive growth.

The role requires strong English communication, CRM discipline, and collaboration with marketing for optimized campaigns. The compensation includes a base salary of $40,000–$53,000 with an on-target earnings range of $56,300–$75,000 per year.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher preferred.
• Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
• Strong communication and meeting/qualification skills.
• Collaborative teammate with cross-functional work experience.
• Excellent CRM management and data accuracy.
• Ability to align with Marketing campaigns.
• Fluent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to generate new leads and qualify opportunities.
• Run initial meetings to understand needs and potential solutions.
• Qualify leads based on pain points and fit for Meltwater.
• Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead generation.
• Maintain accurate prospecting data in the CRM.
• Respond to inbound leads with discovery conversations.
• Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team.
• Monitor lead gen metrics and report performance.
• Provide updates to the BDR Manager and stakeholders.
