Job summary

Modius is seeking a motivated Business Development Representative to be the first point of contact, helping identify new opportunities and partnering with Enterprise Account Executives to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 1+ years B2B sales experience or training.
• Ability to prospect and qualify opportunities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on credibility.

Responsibilities

• Learn Modius sales process and core DCIM products to engage prospects.
• Identify decision makers in target accounts and advance the sales process.
• Conduct outbound calls, LinkedIn and email outreach to generate opportunities.
• Follow up on leads from field activity, partners, and referrals to build pipeline.
• Book qualified discovery calls and demos for EAEs, focusing on quality over quantity.
• Support event prep and post-event follow-up outreach.
• Collaborate with EAEs to execute strategic sales tactics and pipeline prospecting.
• Maintain accurate account information in Zoho CRM.
