Job summary

Revalize is seeking a Business Development Representative in Reston, VA, hybrid 3 days/week, to grow our sales pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and partner channels. You will qualify prospects and hand off opportunities to the Account Executive team.

The role requires 0–2 years in B2B Inside Sales, a bachelor’s degree is preferred, and familiarity with Salesforce and Outreach.io is a plus. Base salary up to $55k with uncapped commissions (OTE $70k).

Qualifications

• 0-2 years in a B2B inside sales environment.
• Bachelor's degree preferred and strong communication skills.
• Experience with Salesforce and Outreach.io is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop target prospect lists and execute cold outreach to leaders at select accounts.
• Generate qualified leads and set meetings to create opportunities for the AE team.
• Manage pipeline and provide accurate Salesforce data for forecasting.
• Leverage AI/tools to enhance prospecting and increase efficiency.
