Job summary

Mirakl's Boston office is seeking a results-driven Business Development Representative for Mirakl Connect. You will generate and qualify opportunities, build relationships with prospective customers, and partner with Account Executives to drive pipeline.

This permanent role offers one day of remote work per week, a comprehensive benefits package, and a path to GTM leadership within a global marketplace leader.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of sales, customer-facing, or inbound experience or strong desire to start a sales career.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior decision-makers.
• Energetic, trustworthy, and able to build value quickly.
• Process-oriented and data-driven, comfortable with dashboards.
• Familiarity with marketplace/ecommerce or B2B SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline generation by qualifying inbound prospects from web forms, content downloads, events, trials, and referrals.
• Deliver consultative prospect experiences linking needs to Mirakl Connect solutions.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Account Management to coordinate outreach.
• Identify new growth opportunities within customers, partners, and marketplace operators.
• Build scalable processes to improve lead qualification, routing, and follow-up.
• Embrace AI tools to enhance research, outreach, data analysis, and workflows.
