Job summary

Mirakl seeks a Business Development Representative in Boston to engage inbound prospects, qualify opportunities, and build momentum for our Mirakl Connect platform. You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to improve lead handling and accelerate pipeline growth.

You will be mentored to develop into future Account Executives and GTM leaders, with the company offering a strong benefits package and ongoing learning opportunities.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, discovery, and presentation skills to persuasively connect with senior-level decision makers.
• Process-oriented and data-driven; comfortable managing SLAs and dashboards.
• 1+ year of sales, customer-facing, or inbound/demand response experience or strong desire to start a sales career.

Responsibilities

• Drive pipeline generation by engaging and qualifying inbound prospects from forms, content downloads, events, trials, and referrals.
• Deliver a consultative prospect experience by understanding businesses, challenges, and objectives and mapping needs to Mirakl Connect solutions.
• Collaborate across GTM with Sales, Marketing, Revenue Ops, and Account Management to coordinate outreach and improve lead management.
