• Comfortable prospecting, making cold calls, handling objections, conducting in person and virtual meetings, and building relationships.
• Ability to work in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow client relationships within accounting, finance, technology, and human resources
• Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
• Partner closely with in house Recruiters to deliver high‑quality staffing solutions
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach through placement
• Maintain accurate activity tracking and pipeline management
