CFS is expanding its Technology division in Houston, TX and is hiring a Technology Recruiter / Business Development Executive to drive market growth. In a hybrid setup, you will blend full-desk recruiting with business development and account management, building client relationships while matching IT talent to real hiring needs.

This role sits at the intersection of sales, recruiting, and consultative staffing.

Qualifications

2+ years in Technology or SaaS sales, B2B sales, or staffing.
Strong drive for prospecting and winning new business.
Ownership of performance, success, and earnings.

Responsibilities

Build relationships with hiring managers and executives.
Generate new business via cold calling, networking, referrals, social selling, and in-person meetings.
Provide consultative staffing solutions for technology hiring challenges.
Develop and grow your own portfolio of accounts.
Source, interview, and engage IT professionals.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
Match talent with client opportunities and guide through offers.
Deliver exceptional client and candidate experience.
