CFS in Chicagoland is seeking a Business Development / Account Manager to build partnerships with local businesses and lead staffing solutions across accounting, finance, and HR functions.

You will drive the full sales cycle, from initial conversations to ongoing account management, meeting clients by phone, video, and in person. This role rewards proactive relationship-building with uncapped commission and ESOP participation.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, business development, business, customer success, recruiting, or other client-facing roles.
