Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fairfax, VA team in a permanent, full-time role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families to implement data-driven behavior plans.

Competenze

• Certified BCBA with Board Certification verified by the BACB.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 apps and ABA data platforms.
• Ability to follow ethical guidelines and implement behavior plans.

Mansioni

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct team meetings with staff and families to discuss progress.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff issues.
