Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a BCBA to join its growing team in the United States. The role involves direct supervision of BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload and reviewing data to adjust individualized treatment plans.

A supportive Clinical Manager team backs the BCBA with scheduling and caseload assistance. Eligibility requires BCBA certification and at least 1 year of relevant experience with children or individuals with special needs; familiarity with Office 365 and ABA

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents/adults with various needs.
• Proficient in ABA data review, interpretation and treatment plan adjustments.
• Ability to supervise BTs/RBTs and conduct family/team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and management of a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Provide supervision by observing staff and families and conducting meetings.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff performance.
