Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team in a full-time role with a Monday–Friday schedule. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, oversee a small caseload, and collaborate with families to ensure effective treatment plans.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BACB.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children/adolescents/adults with diverse needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods; ethics, laws and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software.
• Able to meet job demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. and spending time with children on the floor.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and holding meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns about treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
