Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Cherry Hill, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid, permanent role. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review session data, and adjust treatment plans while coordinating with families.

The ideal candidate holds a BCBA certification and a Master’s degree, with at least one year of relevant experience. Competitive benefits, a laptop, and a supportive clinical management team are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified as a BCBA (verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board).
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with various needs.
• Knowledge of ABA intervention strategies, earning theories, ethical and legal guidelines.
• Proficient with Office 365 suite and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision via staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff performance.
