Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team with direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and a manageable caseload.

The BCBA will review session data with staff and families, adjust individualized treatment plans, and consult on concerns related to treatment while collaborating with the Clinical Manager for scheduling and administrative support.

Qualifications

• Certified BCBA according to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with clients with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics/regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings.
• Consult with families on concerns about treatment.
• Collaborate with Clinical Manager for scheduling and caseload support.
