Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services seeks a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Tewksbury, MA. You will supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.

Deliver data-driven supervision, review session data with staff and families, and adjust the individualized treatment plan accordingly. You will consult with families on concerns related to treatment, behavior modification or staff.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with diverse populations.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, ethics, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families and adjust plans.
• Provide supervision through team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff.
