Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy is seeking a BCBA to join a growing team. The BCBA will supervise BTs/RBTs, review data, and adjust treatment plans while coordinating with families and staff.

We offer a strong benefits package, 401K with match, and a Monday–Friday schedule with a small caseload to ensure quality services. A supportive Clinical Manager helps with scheduling and caseload management.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required and verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.

Responsibilities

• Supervise BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff and family meetings and consultations.
