Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Fairfax team. This full-time role involves direct supervision of BTs/RBTs and managing a small caseload on a 5-day schedule with no weekends or late shifts.

You will review session data, adjust treatment plans, and provide family-focused supervision. We offer an attractive benefits package, 401K with match, and an annual incentive up to $6,000.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification required as verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience working with children/adolescents with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies and ethics.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
