Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a hybrid, full-time position in Newington, CT. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, monitor data, and collaborate closely with families to refine treatment plans.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by BCBA board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children/adults with special needs.
• Knowledge of behavior analytic interventions, ethics, and regulations.
• Proficient with Office 365 and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet physical demands of the job.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review session data with staff and families and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff performance.
