Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in CT is hiring a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for a HYBRID role. You will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families in treatment planning.

Applicants must hold BCBA certification, have 1+ year of relevant experience, and be proficient with ABA software and Office 365. Administrative support and clinical supervision are provided.

Qualifications

• Must be a BCBA with certification verified by Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with children, adolescents, or adults with varying needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data from sessions, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through meetings with staff and families.
