Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Union, NJ is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team. In this role you will supervise BTs/RBTs, manage a small caseload, and collaborate with families to fine-tune individualized treatment plans.

We offer a hybrid schedule (center and remote) with a competitive salary in the 85k–95k range, plus up to a 6,000 annual incentive. Comprehensive benefits, a supportive Clinical Manager, and a 1:1 ABA focus are provided.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, learning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws, and regulations of acceptable behavior interventions.
• Proficient with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet job demands including lifting up to 50 lbs. on occasion.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Regularly review data collected in sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
• Provide supervision through observations and team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding concerns related to treatment, behavior modification, or staff.
• Receive support from Clinical Manager including scheduling and administrative assistance with caseload.
