Qualifications

• Master’s degree required.
• BCBA certification verified with Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• Minimum 1 year experience with individuals with special needs.
• Proficient in Office 365 tools and ABA software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Provide supervision through staff/family meetings and observations.
• Consult with families on treatment concerns and staff
