Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Braintree, MA is seeking a center-based BCBA with the option for hybrid work. The role includes supervising BTs/RBTs, managing a small caseload, and reviewing session data to tailor treatment plans.

Competitive pay, benefits, and potential incentives accompany a Monday–Friday schedule with no weekends. The ideal candidate holds BCBA certification with a Master’s degree and at least 1 year of relevant experience, and is proficient with ABA software and MS

Formación

• Certified as a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earning theories and instructional methods, ethics, laws and regulations.
• Proficient in Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and ABA software platforms.
• Ability to meet rigorous job demands including lifting up to 50 lbs and prolonged activity.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review data from sessions with staff and families, interpret results, and modify treatment plans.
• Provide supervision by observing and holding team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment, behavior modification, or staff concerns.
