Job summary

Kaleidoscope ABA Therapy Services in Tewksbury, MA is seeking a Behavior Analyst Board Certified (BCBA) for a hybrid role. The position supports a small caseload with supervision of BTs/RBTs and collaboration with families to ensure effective behavior plans.

The role offers full-time or part-time schedules, Monday–Friday, with no weekends. Competitive salary range ($85k–$95k), bonus potential up to $6,000, and a comprehensive benefits package including health, 401K match, and paid holidays.

Qualifications

• Certified as a BCBA as verified by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
• A minimum of 1 year experience working with children, adolescents, or adults with various special needs.
• Knowledge of behavioral intervention strategies, earned theories, and instructional methods.
• Proficiency with Office 365, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and ABA software platforms.

Responsibilities

• Deliver direct supervision to BTs/RBTs and manage a small caseload.
• Review session data with staff and families, interpret results, and adjust treatment plans.
• Supervise by observing and coordinating team meetings with staff and families.
• Consult with families regarding treatment concerns and staff-related issues.
