The Treetop ABA is seeking a full‑time BCBA in Charlottesville, VA for a hybrid in‑home/clinic role. The compensation includes a base salary of $90,000–$105,000 plus monthly bonus opportunities, with weekdays only and optional WFH arrangements.

You will lead clinical care under BCBA supervision and collaborate with a supportive team to deliver high‑quality ABA services. Join a clinician‑led practice focused on compassionate care, ongoing mentorship, and work‑life balance.

Qualifikationen

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Virginia LBA (Licensed Behavior Analyst) required.
• Experience working with children with autism preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational and communication skills.

Aufgaben

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency and outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews and professional development.
