Job summary

The Treetop ABA is seeking a full-time BCBA to join our Virginia team in a hybrid capacity, offering in-home and clinic support.

You will conduct FBAs, develop individualized ABA plans, supervise RBTs, and collaborate closely with families to achieve meaningful client outcomes.

We provide strong clinical leadership, flexible scheduling, and a supportive environment focused on high-quality, ethical care.

Qualifications

• Active BCBA Certification required.
• Virginia LBA license required.
• Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
• Compassionate, team-oriented mindset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct FBAs and create individualized treatment plans.
• Deliver play-based ABA therapy in the clinic and support families with home/community goals.
• Train, mentor, and supervise RBTs, ABATs, and Behavior Technicians.
• Collaborate with clinical peers to ensure quality, consistency, and excellent client outcomes.
• Collect and analyze data to measure progress and guide treatment decisions.
• Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

Education

BCBA Certification
